Exchange & Refund Policy

At BURI, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. However, if something doesn’t feel right, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order — subject to the conditions below.


1. Conditions for Exchange, Return & Refund

To ensure a smooth and fair process, please note the following requirements:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage or marks.
  • Products may be tried on for size or fit but must remain in their original, unused condition.
  • All original tags, barcodes, receipts/invoices, and packaging must be intact.
  • Requests for exchange or return must be made within 7 days of the delivery or purchase date.
  • Each product is eligible for one exchange only.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Items discounted by 50% or more, or those sold during Flash Sales, are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • To report a damaged or missing item, please provide a complete unboxing video as verification.

2. Lost Receipt, Tag, or Barcode

If you’ve lost your receipt or invoice, don’t worry — we can verify your purchase using your contact number associated with the order.
However, please note that the exchange will no longer be valid if tags or barcodes are irreparably damaged or missing.


 

 

3. How to Exchange or Return

For Online Purchases

You can exchange any online purchase at one of our BURI Stores within 7 days of receiving your order.

Alternatively, you may return the item via a courier service after consulting with our Service Center. Once we receive and verify the item, we will process your exchange or refund as per our conditions.

  • If the issue arises due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

For In-Store Purchases

We currently have BURI Stores in Bashundhara city, Bangladesh.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product at any BURI Store within 7 days of purchase, provided it meets all the stated conditions.


4. Incorrect Quantity or Product Mismatch

If your order contains an incorrect item or quantity, please share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or make the necessary adjustment to your order.


5. Returning to Store

To process an exchange or refund in person, simply visit any of our BURI Stores with the product(s) and required documentation.
Once verified, we’ll arrange your exchange or refund promptly in accordance with our policy conditions.
